Belize isn’t exactly known for it’s casinos, but when the Gringo is visiting Ambergris Caye, a night out to the Palace Casino sometimes hits the spot. Although it is small, it is one of the first casinos that was built after the changing of Belizean laws in 1999. Located in San Pedro, and open from 7 pm to 12 am every day of the week except Wednesday, The Palace is a great place to enjoy an evening out.
Since it is a smaller establishment, The Palace only has a few live tables 
where you can play a game of blackjack and the maximum bet being is $10 US. It’s not exactly the place you come if you are looking to high roll. There are, however, 30 different gaming machines, so if you want to try your luck on those you just may be able to rake in some winnings.
